What we collect when you use affili.ph, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. Last updated September 2026.

Who we are

Affili PH Inc. trading as Affili.ph operates this website. We are a growth marketing company working with licensed iGaming operators in the Philippines. Our registered office is at The Curve, 11th Floor, 32nd Street Cor. 3rd Ave., BGC, Fort Bonifacio, 1630, Taguig, Philippines. For anything in this policy, use our contact form or write to us at that address.

This is a business website. We do not offer gambling, we do not accept wagers and we do not hold player accounts.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, your work email address, the company or brand you named if you gave one, the service you selected, and anything you wrote in the message field. The form also records which page you sent it from.

Please do not send us player data, identity documents or anything confidential through this form. If you need to share that, ask us first and we will agree a secure route.

Information collected automatically

Our server records your IP address and the time of your submission with each enquiry. This is used to stop automated abuse of the form and to rate limit submissions. We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, which collects device, browser, approximate location and behaviour data through cookies and similar technology. Google Analytics data is held by Google, and IP addresses are handled according to Google's own controls.

The enquiry form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a script. It collects device and behaviour signals for that purpose, and your use of it is subject to Google's privacy policy and terms of service. It is used only for spam prevention, never for advertising.

Why we use it

  • To answer your enquiry and arrange a strategy session.
  • To follow up about the services you asked about.
  • To protect the website from spam and automated abuse.
  • To measure which pages and campaigns bring us enquiries, so we can improve the site.
  • To meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

We do not use your details for automated decision making, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only where it is needed to run our business, and always under confidentiality and data protection terms:

  • Service providers. Our web hosting, email and analytics providers, who process data on our instructions.
  • Professional advisers. Legal, accounting and compliance advisers where we need their help.
  • Group companies. Related companies within our group, where that is needed to answer your enquiry.
  • Authorities. Regulators, government bodies or law enforcement where we are legally required to do so.

Some of these providers are outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred abroad we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a comparable standard.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact with you about the service you asked about, and for up to three years afterwards so we have a record of the conversation. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period set in our Google Analytics property. Server records used for rate limiting are deleted within a few days. We delete personal data sooner if you ask us to and we have no legal reason to keep it.

Cookies

This site uses cookies and similar technology for two purposes. A session cookie keeps your form input if a submission fails, so you do not have to type it again. Google Analytics cookies measure how the site is used. There are no advertising or profiling cookies on this website.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them, although a failed form submission will not remember what you typed. To opt out of Google Analytics across all sites, use the Google Analytics opt out add on.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) you have the right to be informed, to object, to access your data, to have it corrected, to have it erased or blocked, to damages, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint. To exercise any of these, send a request through our contact form and tell us what you need. We will respond within a reasonable period, and we may ask you to confirm your identity first.

If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is transmitted to our mailbox and stored on our hosting account with access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we ask again that you do not send sensitive information through the form.

Links to other sites

This site links to CasinoCompare.ph and to third party sites such as social networks. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their content or their data practices.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected here rather than announced individually.
